Implant-supported dentures

Stabilising a denture or replacing teeth with the support of implants. The surgical placement is done by a colleague; the prosthesis is designed and made in our workshop.

When to consult

  • Your lower denture does not hold, despite adjustments.
  • You want to stabilise an existing appliance.
  • Several teeth are missing and you are looking for a solution that does not move.

Good to know

An implant needs enough bone and healthy gums. The examination and imaging tell us whether that is the case before any commitment.

How it works

  1. Examination, imaging and assessment of bone volume.
  2. Planning of the implant positions and of the prosthesis they will carry.
  3. Surgical placement by a colleague, then a healing period.
  4. Impressions and fabrication of the prosthesis in the workshop.
  5. Fitting, adjustment of the bite, then upkeep and regular checks.

Frequently asked questions

Who performs the surgery?

A surgical colleague. We handle the planning, the prosthesis and the follow-up, in coordination with them.

How long does the treatment take?

Several months, the time needed for the bone to heal. The schedule is given to you in writing at the outset.
